We are committed to acting with integrity and professionalism in all of our business dealings. We will not engage in, facilitate, or tolerate bribery or corruption of any kind, under any circumstances.

What Is Bribery

Bribery is the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of something of value with the intention of influencing a person in the performance of their duties. This includes cash payments, gifts, excessive hospitality, and other benefits.

Gifts and Hospitality

Any gifts or hospitality given or received must be reasonable, proportionate, and fully transparent. Gifts of significant value must be declared. We do not offer gifts to clients or contacts that could be seen as an attempt to gain an unfair business advantage.

Raising a Concern

If you suspect bribery or corruption is taking place, report it immediately to Rachael, Founder and Principal of Elevate&Co. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly and confidentially.

Consequences

Any breach of this policy is a serious matter and may result in the immediate termination of employment or engagement. In some cases, matters may also be referred to the relevant statutory authorities.

Review

This policy is reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and fully compliant with the requirements of the Bribery Act 2010.
