Supporting Schools. Empowering Students.
We work with schools to re-engage students who are persistently absent or unable to attend, and to support students with SEND and learning difficulties, through expert in-school and remote tuition that keeps learning on track.

In School
We place tutors directly into your school, working within your timetable and pastoral framework. Sessions can run before school, during enrichment, intervention periods or after school, built around your day, not ours. Our tutors liaise directly with class teachers and heads of department, aligning sessions to current topics and exam preparation.
Beyond the Classroom
For students who cannot or will not attend school, we deliver bespoke programmes at home, in community spaces or online. Our online and hybrid sessions keep learning continuous for students educated off-site, wherever they are.
Supporting SEND and Learning Difficulties
No two students learn the same way, and no two support plans should look the same either. Our tutors are trained to work with students with dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism, ADHD and speech, language and communication needs, and every session is planned around that individual student’s EHCP, IEP or support plan rather than a generic template.
- Tutors liaise directly with SENCOs and pastoral teams to stay aligned with existing strategies and targets
- Sessions build confidence and independent learning skills alongside academic progress
- Progress reports are formatted to support EHCP annual reviews, with clear evidence of impact over time
Progress for these students is not always a straight line. Our job is to adapt the pace, not the expectation.
Our Tutors
Subject specialists who build confidence and make learning engaging
Every tutor we place holds a relevant degree or higher qualification, with subject expertise verified before placement. But qualifications are only part of it. Our tutors are trained to rebuild trust in learning, patient, warm and skilled at working with anxious or disengaged students, as well as those with SEND or learning difficulties. Sessions are planned to be interactive and memorable, not rote repetition. We meet students where they are, across English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, MFL, Arts and more.
- Enhanced DBS, references and safer recruitment checks completed before any tutor works with a child
- Tutors work with your teachers to align sessions to current schemes of work, exam board specs and targets
Aligned to the National Curriculum
Every session maps to attainment targets, exam board specs and teacher planning.
We cover the full curriculum from Key Stage 1 through A-Level, including GCSE and functional skills for alternative provision. Schools share schemes of work and upcoming topics in advance, and our tutors plan sessions that reinforce and extend classroom learning rather than duplicate it. Sessions are tailored to AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC and other boards, so exam preparation is targeted rather than generic. After every lesson, tutors send session notes so class teachers can see exactly what was covered and what comes next.

Why Schools Work With Us
We understand attendance, SEND and learning difficulties.
Our founder has worked in schools for over eight years and has specialist SEND experience. We know that persistent absence and additional learning needs rarely have one cause, and we build our support around each student's individual barriers to attending and learning.
Every tutor we place is fully DBS checked and has been through our safer recruitment process.
You can be confident that the people we send to your school, or into a student's home, are safe, trained and ready to make a positive difference.
We are flexible.
Reintegration does not follow a fixed timetable. We work quickly and adapt sessions as a student's circumstances change.
We stay in touch.
We do not disappear once a placement is made. We check in, listen to feedback and make changes if something is not working.
