Elevate&Co works with schools in two important ways. We provide reliable, fully vetted support staff to keep your school running smoothly, and we place specialist tutors directly into your school to deliver targeted tuition to the students who need it most.

In-School Tuition
Specialist Tuition, Delivered in Your School
We place experienced, subject-specialist tutors directly into your school to work with students who need targeted academic support. Our tutors work within your school environment, building relationships with your pupils and complementing the work your teachers are already doing.
Students on a Reduced Timetable or Half Day
For students who are attending school on a part-time or flexible basis, our tutors ensure that valuable learning time is never wasted. Sessions are structured, purposeful, and tailored to keep students on track with their year group while their wider timetable is managed.
SEND Students
We have tutors with specialist SEND experience who understand how to adapt their approach for children with a wide range of needs. Whether a child has a diagnosis, an EHCP, or simply learns differently, our tutors create a calm, patient, and encouraging environment where real progress can happen.
Intervention and Catch-Up
For students who have fallen behind or who are working below expected levels, our tutors deliver focused one-to-one and small group sessions designed to close gaps and rebuild confidence quickly and effectively.
Exam Preparation
For GCSE and A-Level students who need extra support in the lead-up to exams, our subject specialists deliver targeted revision sessions aligned to the relevant exam board.
Session Formats
One-to-One Tuition: A dedicated tutor works solely with one student. This is ideal for pupils with SEND, those on reduced timetables, or any student who needs focused individual attention to make meaningful progress.
Small Group Sessions: Groups of 2 to 6 students with similar needs work together with one tutor. This is a cost-effective way to deliver targeted support across a cohort, while still giving each child genuine attention and care.
Sessions can be scheduled to fit around your school day, including during registration periods, designated intervention slots, free periods for students on part-time timetables, or after school.
School Staffing
Reliable Support Staff, When You Need Them
As well as tuition, we supply schools with trained, fully vetted support staff at short notice or for longer placements. All of our staff are DBS checked, referenced, and matched carefully to your school environment.
Teaching Assistants
Trained TAs ready to support in-class learning across primary and secondary settings. Whether you need daily cover or a regular placement, we match you with the right person quickly.
Senior Teaching Assistants
Experienced Senior TAs confident in leading small group interventions and providing one-to-one support. Ideal for schools running structured intervention or catch-up programmes.
Cover Supervisors
Reliable, confident cover supervisors who can manage a class and deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects. We only place cover supervisors who can maintain a calm and productive learning environment.
SEND-Trained Teaching Assistants
Specialist support staff trained to work with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We take extra care when matching SEND-trained staff, because we know how important the right fit is for both the child and the school.
